ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Rooms are available from approximately 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

HOTEL BILL

The bill can be paid in cash, by EC card or credit card (Visa-Mastercard), either the evening before departure until 9pm or on the day of departure from 8am. 

PRICES

Prices are minimum prices per person and night for a 3-night stay and can be adjusted flexibly depending on the season and occupancy.

DEPOSIT

For booking we ask for a deposit, which depends on the length of stay. As a rule, it’s 500 euros per room

SHORT STAY

For stays of less than 3 nights, a surcharge of € 5.00 per person per night will apply. 

ROOM SURCHARGE

A surcharge of € 20.00 to € 40.00 per night applies for single rooms. On public holidays and events, surcharges of up to 35% may apply. Double rooms for single use are bookable depending on availability - price on request.

ROOM NUMBER

Unfortunately, it is not possible to confirm a specific room number or floor in advance.

EARLY DEPARTURE

In case of early departure, the full amount will be charged or we will apply our cancellation policy.

DOGS

For dogs we charge a daily rate of € 10.00 to € 20.00 (without food).

LOCAL TOURIST TAX

A tourist tax of € 3.30 per person per night applies to all guests over the age of 14. This tax is not included in the room price.

CANCELLATION

If you arrive late or are forced to cancel your booked stay or cancel early, you may be charged cancellation fees in accordance with EU regulations. In order to protect you from any expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance, so that these are covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

Our cancellation terms:

If the cancellation insurance takes effect, the normal conditions apply, whereby we react to the situation at short notice and clarify the situation in close consultation with you.

• No cancellation fee more than 3 months before departure
• From 3 months to 1 month before departure, 40% of the booking value.
• From 1 month to 1 week before departure, 70% of the booking value.
• In the last week before departure, 90% of the booking value.

We will do our best to re-occupy your cancelled room so that the cancellation costs for you are as low as possible,
