Good to know
- Prices are minimum prices per person and night for a 3-night stay and can be adjusted flexibly depending on the season and occupancy.
- For stays of less than 3 nights, a surcharge of € 5.00 per person per night applies for bookings with bed and breakfast and a surcharge of € 10.00 for bookings with half board.
- Local tourist tax: a tourist tax of € 3.30 per person per night applies to all guests over the age of 14. This tax is not included in the room price.
- In case of early departure, the full amount will be charged or we will apply our cancellation policy.
- Single room surcharge from € 20.00 to € 40.00 per night
- Double room for single use bookable subject to availability - price on request
- On public holidays and events, surcharges of up to 35% may apply.
- For dogs we charge a daily rate of € 10.00 to € 20.00 (without food).
- Room number: Unfortunately, it is not possible to confirm a specific room number or floor in advance.
- Rooms are available from approximately 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- For booking we ask for a deposit, which depends on the length of stay. As a rule, this is 500 euros per room
- Balance: the evening before departure until 9pm or on the day of departure from 8am.
- The bill can be paid in cash, by EC card or credit card (Visa-Mastercard).
- Cancellation
- Cancellations are always an inconvenience, and it is unfortunate when rooms remain vacant even though others would have liked to book them. However, something can happen to anyone, but with our holiday cancellation insurance, you are protected financially. If you arrive late or are forced to cancel your booked stay or cancel early, you may be charged cancellation fees in accordance with EU regulations. In order to protect you from any expenses in such cases, we recommend that you take out this travel cancellation insurance, so that these are covered by Europäische Reiseversicherung.
- Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
- Our cancellation terms:
- If the cancellation insurance takes effect, the normal conditions apply, whereby we react to the situation at short notice and clarify the situation in close consultation with you.
- No cancellation fee more than 3 months before departure:
- From 3 months to 1 month before departure 40% of the booking value.
- From 1 month to 1 week before departure 70% of the booking value.
- In the last week before departure 90% of the booking value.
